Summing up a client's chart

Ask Weft AI to write a summary at the head of a client's chart from signed notes, diagnoses and measures.

Who this is for: Clinician, Associate clinician, Practice administrator

Use this for an overview of a client's signed notes, diagnoses and measures. For a specific question, ask about the client; to prepare for an appointment with a suggested agenda, read a session brief.

Write the summary

  1. Open the client. Under AI clinical summary, select Write the summary.
  2. Read the summary and the line saying when it was written and what it read.
  3. When the chart has moved on, the summary is marked Out of date. Select Rewrite the summary for a fresh one.

Note: The summary is never added to the chart. Read the session notes for anything recorded since it was written.
