Turning Weft AI on or off for your practice

Choose whether the assistant is used at all, and which of its tasks your practice uses.

Who this is for: Practice administrator, Practice manager

Change the switches

  1. Select Settings, then Weft AI controls.
  2. Turn Use the assistant off to remove the assistant from the whole product. While it is off, the other switches are not shown.
  3. With it on, turn each task on or off: Draft client replies, Draft a reply on arrival, Draft the note, Ask across a chart, Ask across the practice, Sum up the chart, Sum up the insights and Brief before a session.

Note: A task that is off is not there at all for anybody at the practice, rather than shown and refused.

Note: If a switch will not move, Weft is holding that task off for every practice at the moment. Contact support if you need it.
