Drafting a note with Weft AI
Ask for a draft of a session note, read it heading by heading, and take what you want into your note.
Who this is for: Clinician, Associate clinician, Practice administrator
Draft and take it in
- Open the draft note. See Writing and signing a session note.
- Select Draft the note.
- Read the draft. A heading with nothing for it says so and is yours to write.
- Select Write this into the note, or Throw it away.
- Edit the note as you would any other, and sign it yourself.
Important: Nothing reaches the chart until you save it, and the note is yours once you sign it. Read every heading before signing.
