Paying an invoice and reading your statements
See what you owe, pay an invoice by card, and read a statement or superbill your practice issued.
Who this is for: Client, Parent or guardian
Pay an invoice
- Select Billing. Balance due is at the top and Invoices below it.
- Select Pay with the amount beside an invoice.
- Under Pay with, choose a saved card, or select Add a card, enter the card and select Save this card.
- Select Pay with the amount. Payment received confirms it and shows the receipt.
Tip: To arrange a payment plan or ask about a balance, select Message your care team.
Read a statement or superbill
- Under Statements and superbills, open one to read or print it. A superbill is the receipt you can hand to your health plan.
